NSW manufacturers highlighted at Fine Food Australia
As Fine Food Australia approaches, exhibitors and speakers are busy preparing for the show, which is sponsored by the NSW Government.
The NSW Government is supporting 18 NSW food and beverage manufacturers to attend the event, featuring anything from sustainable tea and native tonics to edible insects and Bowral bee cough serum.
The show, running at ICC Sydney from 11–14 September, is an opportunity for NSW businesses to showcase what is manufactured in the state.
It will feature a ‘Flavours of NSW’ zone where some of the state’s food and beverage manufacturers will showcase products to international and domestic buyers, distributors and investors.
Businesses in this zone received a subsidy and attended a Trade Show Readiness and Marketing workshop which provided specialist export and exhibition advice. During and after the event, they will receive assistance from other NSW Government business support experts.
NSW businesses in the zone include:
- Billabong Jerky (Cootamundra Country Foods), specialist meat drying company.
- Cedar Creek Cider, apple orchard producing alcoholic and non-alcoholic ciders.
