2017 Australian HACCP Conference — save the date!
With an ever-increasing global supply chain, food businesses are under pressure to ensure the safety and quality of their product while maintaining a competitive price. Maintaining farm-to-fork traceability and safeguarding brand trust are significant challenges.
The 2017 24th Australian HACCP Conference will explore these challenges, under the theme of Creating Trust & Transparency in the Global Food Industry.
Featuring globally recognised speakers who are working with leaders of industry on the latest food safety challenges, the event will provide networking opportunities to meet and talk to other food safety and quality assurance professionals, as well as hands-on, practical information on key topics such as VACCP and the opportunity to hear from food manufacturers in the field as to how they deal with challenges. And of course there will be a chance to recognise your peers at the awards dinner.
The Australian HACCP Conference will be held 30–31 August 2017 at Doltone House, Hyde Park, Sydney. To secure your spot early and find out about early-bird specials, click here.
