tna acquires The Cadalec Group
tna has acquired The Cadalec Group, strengthening its electrical engineering capabilities. The Cadalec Group is a specialist in electrical and control system integration, with over 20 years’ expertise in software and hardware design, consultancy and project management.
tna says the acquisition will broaden its added-value control system product and service offerings, including process line control and data acquisition systems, as well as additional options for SCADA, operator interfaces, network systems, spare parts and remote support.
According to the company, customers will benefit from the closer alignment of tna equipment and control systems service. The acquisition will mean increased assurance for on-schedule project completion, full ISO 9001 TickIT quality control procedures and standardisation of the company’s control solutions.
“Having worked closely with The Cadalec Group in the last few years, we know that their knowledge of control software, integration of systems and managing large electrical installations is second to none,” said Bob Fritz, tna’s Director of Business Management. “We’re delighted to be strengthening our existing collaboration with the company and are particularly looking forward to leveraging significant mutual benefits from sharing our extensive knowledge and relationships.”
The Cadalec Group’s Managing Director, Chris Jones, added, “With a shared focus on technical expertise, great customer service and exceptional people who get results, the two businesses are a perfect match for each other. We’re confident that joining the tna family will prove to be one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made.”
