L-Nutra releases 'fasting with food' meal program
Nutritechnology company L-Nutra has released a 5-day plant-based meal program described as a “fasting mimicking diet”.
According to L-Nutra, ProLon nourishes the body while keeping it in fasting mode, providing the benefits of fasting — including cell regeneration, healthy ageing and fat-driven weight loss.
The diet comprises low-protein, low-carbohydrate and high good fat ingredients including fresh olives, vegetables, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate and herbal teas. The meals range from 3200 to 4600 kJ per day, packaged in convenient grab-and-go boxes that include energy bars, soups, a variety of snacks, drinks and supplements.
