AIP supports Global Webinar Series on Packaging
Professor Pierre Pienaar, FAIP, CPP, Education Director of the Australian Institute of Packaging and WPO President, will facilitate a five-part global webinar series over the next few months. A number of webinars will include Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) speakers that will participate in the panel discussions. The series is run by Informa Markets, in collaboration with the World Packaging Organisation, and supported by the AIP.
The first webinar will take place on 24 June 2020, addressing the impacts and challenges that COVID-19 is having on the packaging industry. The second webinar, held on 22 July 2020, will cover the role that packaging plays when discussing food safety and food integrity. The third webinar will address sustainable packaging and global recycling targets on 19 August 2020, while the fourth covers the role that packaging plays in food waste and food insecurity, on 23 September 2020. The final webinar, held on 21 October 2020, will discuss global supply chains.
