Aerofloat Australia achieves three ISO certifications
Aerofloat Australia has met International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards for its integrated management systems.
The company undertook the rigorous certification process and was successfully certified by JAS-ANZ accredited group CPG. It has been awarded ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, ISO 9001 – Quality Management System and ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety. ISO certification in three areas represents excellence in the provision of services for design, engineering, consulting, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and aftercare for wastewater and water treatment systems.
Katie Moor, General Manager of Business Operations at Aerofloat, said the company does all its work in-house, from designing to manufacturing and installation. Moor believes that the ISO certifications highlight the company’s innovative and systematic approach to developing world-class solutions to wastewater problems globally. “It confirms the quality of our work in the sector and highlights Aerofloat’s commitment to providing the highest standard of work practices to its clients and the greater industry,” said Moor.
Leading the certification process for Aerofloat, Moor is trained as a chemical engineer as well as in process improvement methodologies including six sigma and lean manufacturing. Moor’s experience and training produced a result of no non-conformances reported across all three standards.
“We are incredibly proud of the Aerofloat team. Achieving this trifecta of ISO standards means our clients can be confident that Aerofloat’s products and services are of the highest quality,” said Moor.
