AutoCoding Inspection Reporting

Thursday, 29 March, 2018 | Supplied by: AutoCoding Systems Pty Ltd

The AutoCoding Inspection Reporting product, available from Inspection Systems, is designed to monitor the performance of multiple checkweighers, metal detectors and X-ray equipment, irrespective of brand.

It supports all brands of inspection equipment, including the full range of Loma units. It provides access to real-time statistics allowing efficiencies to be identified and addressed proactively rather than waiting for historical data. Information relating to contaminant detection rates, weight and overfill can be collated quickly and corrective action taken, as required. Factory managers have instant access to machine status, with the ability to drill down to specific devices to obtain a real-time snapshot of rejects, weight and giveaway. Production processes can be adjusted throughout the production run to ensure product giveaway is kept to a minimum and weight targets are consistently achieved.

Data is provided in a user-friendly graphical format for quick and easy trend analysis. The modern, easy-to-navigate user interface gives access to straightforward menus enabling users to switch easily between devices, products and batches gaining an instant overview on rejects, metal count, mean weight, giveaway and pack rate. The reports can be configured according to specific user preferences and can be accessed via any network-connected device.

The flexibility of the reporting module means it can be used on its own or added to an existing AutoCoding installation.
